Your challenge has a pre-set weight loss percentage. Your Weight Goal is given to you when you weigh-in. You can choose Maintain your Weight or Weight Loss.
Daily activities will award you points and will help you adopt healthy habits. Your Points Goal is given to you when you weigh-in.
You only need to submit a photo of the scale clearly showing your initial weight.
(No one sees your weight). By default your weight is hidden, but you can change this in your Account Settings.
You can start earning points for inviting others to the challenge. Log into your challenge and click on the INVITE link, you can use social media or email your invites.
Our challenges utilize a game based model, which allows participants to win prizes. These incentives provide the much needed motivation to stay engaged throughout the challenge and win it. According to a recent Mayo Clinic Study, participants in a weight-loss study who received incentives were more likely to stick with a weight-loss program and lost more weight than study participants who received no incentives.
